These three areas \u2013 technical sciences, information technology and arts \u2013 do not merely co-exist, but complement each other to allow the training of versatile and competent professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wood\nSciences are still determinant at the faculty. Their education and research\nexperience of over 50 years guarantees that their students get the best and\nhighest quality training in this field. Throughout the years, their education\nhas been continually updated and adapted to the needs of the industry and to\nthe new challenges, to provide state-of-the-art knowledge for their students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\naddition to wood industry, all other programs provide excellent training as\nwell. The reputation of their arts education attracts students from all around\nthe country, so they can participate in the high quality training in Sopron.\nTheir information technology program generates mostly regional interest, but\ntheir graduates have their pick of well-paid jobs in Hungary or abroad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to education, SOE-FMK could be the number one wood research institution in Hungary.
